When she was sick

She leaves the pigtails in sometimes. She wore pigtails to Jill's today and when I picked her up Jill told me that she thought maybe Abby ate her hair rubber band. GREAT!

Her yellow shirt is from Swim-in-Zone because she has been swimming there a year now!

These are from when she was sick. She is better now but she didn't sleep AT ALL last night. I think I liked it better when she was sleeping all night and puking on me in the morning.

Yesterday Abby colored her eye socket, nose, and tooth with a pink hi-
lighter.

Cinderella

Cinderella in a silver slipper. Abby is feeling much better. She
was never very upset about being sick and she felt much better by the
time I left for school. My first day of school is tomorrow.

School starts tomorrow

School starts tomorrow. The freshman have orientation today. Jill
(the sitter) called last night because her kids have a stomach bug.
This morning when Abby woke up she puked on me three times. GREAT!
She doesn't have a fever, like Jill's kids do, so I am hoping this
goes away quickly. Hal is home to watch her for the few hours I have
to go to school today. I was going to stay at school ALL DAY to get
completely ready for the first day of school - - - the best laid
plans of mice and men....

Meetings, meetings

The school year has just started. I will have kids in my classroom
on Wednesday the 20th. I am super busy so you may not get many
pictures! Once school starts things may be easier because I will
only be going to school in the mornings and will be home with Abby in
the afternoon. Abby and Hal have been having a great time without me!

Yum! Vegan Treats!

Yesterday we went to a awesome little bakery that makes everything
without using cow's milk. Abby picked out a brownie with icing and
sprinkles. We only let her have two little pieces but she enjoyed
them thoroughly.
