Granny and Papa's House

Abby with a daisy from Granny's beautiful garden. You can see her
tiger tatoo here that she got at the Loncoln Park Zoo. She was upset
when it started to come off.

Illinois fun

After the wedding we went down to see Granny. The new Africa exhibit
at the Peoria Zoo was great! We also went to the Metamora Pool.

Wedding reception

Abby was my date for the reception because Hal couldn't get time off
work. She danced her heart out!

Joliet

After Chicago, we went to Joliet for Soney's wedding. Here is Abby
playing with Katie, Soney's niece, and resting with Papa.

Shedd Aquarium, Chicago IL

Abby loved the aquarium, except that she couldn't get in and swim
with the fish. Her favorite thing was the sting ray. She really
liked the Please Touch! exhibit where she would touch pretend sea
creatures.

The funniest thing Abby said today

"I would like a nice crisp green salad with orange carrots. And no
dressing and no onions and no peppers." When I delivered it to her,
"oh! thanks mom! Lets go trick or treating." Then she dumped the
salad into her pumpkin told me to say trick or treat and then gave me
lettuce as my treat.

Train set

Our neighbors are way to generous with their toys. Billy sold his
train table and pieces to Abby for $20! This is as much as I could
fit on the table. We still have more track, trees, stop signs, and
people that I didn't even put out. She now has 29 train cars, 5
regular cars, a helicopter, and an airplane. She says the airplane
is "flying to granny's house. High in the sky up above the clouds"
We are going to see Becca and Josh, Granny, Papa, and Ben next week.
(BTW Bex, Abby keeps asking me if I love you and then says, "And you
love Josh too?")

Garage sale prep

Abby stuck my price tags all over both of us while we were prepping
for the garage sale. I got rid of SO much stuff! It rocked!
