Snow!

We had so much fun in the snow this weekend!

Abby's new room

Abby decided last week that she wanted to sleep in her room so we put
her bed back and fixed it up a bit!

What's in the box?

Granny sent a box

Yesterday Abby got a big package with a cradle inside that her great-
grandpa Rappenecker made! Abby loves the cradle. Thanks for the
doll diapers too mom, all I have been doing is changing diapers on
her dolls! And even though the shipping is expansive, at least Abby
is enjoying the box!

Watching Home Alone

Before bed we ate more pie and watched Home Alone. It was a little
scary for little Abby. She ran to daddy for protection.

The Thanksgiving Sarong

Abby found my Hawaiian sarong Wednesday in her closet. She wore it
out Wednesday when we were shopping all day and all day Thursday
too. I was finally able to get it off of her for bed last night!
These are from Thursday, playing with the doll house mom made for me.

Peacock dress

Abby got dressed in a costume, hoping that she could be in a
Halloween parade.

Making a trail

These are from when I was home Thursday and Friday of last week with
Abby. She decided to make a paper trail "like Dora' using the
kleenex. She wasn't happy when I made her pick it up!

Train video

What a long day!

Abby's wide eyes were soon closed. She woke up when we tried to pry
her tootsie pop and wrapper from her hand.

Abby waited all day for our 3pm train ride!

So this is Glen Onoko

We went back to Jim Thorpe today to hike and ride the train. This
time we got all the way to the top of that falls - - - which just
kept going and going. We climbed and scrambled all the way to the
tip-top of the mountains.

The cat's in the bag

Mom got Abby this fairy costume for $5 after Halloween. She wore it
for almost 3 days straight so I think we already got $5 of
entertainment out of it. Oslo, our cat, crawled in to the shopping
bag so Abby is pulling him around. Abby wanted to carry him in the
bag but our cats our huge so she couldn't lift the bag!

With my iPod and her new sweat suit and shades, she is ready for
Beverly Hills!

Halloween!

Feeling a little bit better

Abby still has a slight fever but she is doing much better. She
wants to wear her costume all the time! I hope she is fever free in
time to go to her Halloween party at school on friday!

Strawberry Fruitcake

Abby's really sick. (Seems to be swine flu.) But before her temp
soared, we went out yesterday with Becca to get material for Abby's
fruitcake costume. Abby insisted on being "Strawberry Fruitcake" for
Halloween. NOT Strawberry Shortcake. We couldn't find a strawberry
costume in her size so we made a strawberry pillow out of fleece.

She's pretty sick in these pictures but I wanted Granny to be able to
see he costume!

When we finally let her try it on she said, "Yeah mom. That's what
Strawberry fruitcake is like!"
